Here at the Ashleigh all our luxury rooms are comfortable and homely, Each room having En-Suite fitted with showers, and some having the choice of a Bath. complimentary toiletries are supplied for your comfort.

Each room contains a choice of teas, coffee and hot chocolate, a mini fridge with fresh milk, a caraf of fresh water, a modern flat screen TV with Freeview, fan, hair dryer and the use of an iron and ironing board by request.

 

Your room will be ready by 2.00pm on day of arrival, Departure is usually 10.30am.


Our comfortable Guest Lounge has a modern 37 inch colour Freeview TV with Video, DVD and CD player, and a range of Videos for the children. some DVDs and a selection of CDs.


Our Sun Lounge overlooks Queens Park from where you can watch  cricket or rugby (season dependant) and also overlooks the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway. There is also a selection of books and games available during your stay.

There is a Terrace where you can sit outside in the sunshine and enjoy the view. looking over Queens Park watching the cricket or rugby.

We are Strictly a NO SMOKING establishment. there is a smoking area outside on the terrace.

Anyone found smoking in the guesthouse will be asked to leave and will incur costs of a £100 for cleaning.
